"I think the strength of me as a coach is relating with people. It really doesn't matter whether you have head coaching experience or not. When it all boils down to it, it's about relating with people. Every kid has got a key, and it's your job as a coach, whether you're the head coach or a position coach or coordinator, to find that key."
