Our pregame talks this morning and this evening centered around the following--

Energy & Enthusiasm
1- Have it
2- Show it
3- Share it

I didn't come up with idea, I got it watching the Knox women's team on Friday night.

Between our games, I got a chance to catch the second half of the Knox women's game vs. Beloit. Wow!! They have improved so much defensively since the beginning of the year. I am totally impressed with the energy and enthusiasm they bring to a game. I took a camera down to just film their bench to show our team the energy and the support they give each other. It is REALLY impressive!!

So what is the result of their enthusiasm?  114-100 win. It is really fun to watch how they interact and how support each other. Win or lose- they are impressive!!
