Coach Dave Powers is the #2 all-time winningest coach in Illinois girls basketball history, behind only Dorothy Gaters of Chicago Marshall. So Powers has had a lot of success at several different private schools in the Chicago area. The last couple years, Powers has experiemented with parts of the "system" style of play. I am not sure exactly what he is doing this year other than he is committed to a more uptempo style.
