“It’s important for us to lead the way be the right example in those areas and then hold the players accountable to those expectations. Anything coming from the outside, we feel is unproductive. We just feel like you need to be great every day, this is how we’re going to do things, and if we do things this way that gives us the best chance to be successful.”
