If you get a chance, I encourage you to watch our Gale Purple team in summer league some night. They are a fun group of mainly 8th graders and a few 7th graders. They have been able to compete with and to beat some freshmen and some frosh-soph teams so far this summer. There are some nice ballhandlers and passers on the team. They are fun to play hard because they play unselfishly and they certainly play hard.
If they keep working to improve their games, they will certainly be a fun group to coach and watch in high school.
