"I think that the main ingredient with a player on a team is the player's attitude. A player's attitude can make his situation whatever he wants it to be, and the player controls that. However they want to feel about what they're doing, they can either feel good about it or bad about it, no matter what it is. I've had guys where they play ever snap and aren't happy with their role, for whatever reason, and other guys who don't play ever snap, and they try to make the most of their opportunities when they come, so I think that's all in the player's control."
"It's not about who talks the loudest, who says the most. It's about attitude. To be a leader, have a good attitude, be positive, help out your teammate."
