A growth environment is a place where......
1. Others are ahead of you.
2. You are still challenged.
3. Your focus is forwarded.
4. The atmosphere is affirming.
5. You are out of your comfort zone.
6. Failure is not feared.
7. You wake up excited.
8. Others are growing.
9. There is a willingness to change.
10. Growth is modeled and growth is expected.
