Go 1-0 Everyday

You just knew I would figure a way to get this in there. You may have noticed the girls had as one of their goals, "Go 1-0 Everyday." I was surprised but certainly pleased. Last year we had talked about how Wisconsin football used that slogan.

The picture is what the Badger football players see as the go down the tunnel onto the field. Coach Bielema's mantra is to each day go 1-0. Whether in the classroom, on the practice field, or in a game do your best and be a "winner." Just take it one day at a time and do what you can to be a winner for that day. You cannot expect to go 1-0 on game day if you have not been going "1-0" in practices. Great motto for sports but also a great motto for each day.

And yes, as Coach Bielema would say,"It is a great day to be a Badger!"
